Villa San-Juliette Winery in Paso Robles
Villa San Juliette is a beautiful 168 acre vineyard nestled in the Pleasant Valley area of San Miguel, just north of Paso Robles California. Currently the vineyard is producing a broad range of grapes including Cabernet Sauvingon, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc. Adam LaZarre has enjoyed traveling throughout California’s various wine appellations over the past two decades, making wine and looking for his true home. After spending the last 8 years at Hahn Estate Winery in Monterey, he met up with the two owners of Villa San-Juliette and decided Paso Robles was the place he had been seeking. He was named one of the top five California winemakers by the SF Chronicle in 2006 and is now focused on bringing Villa San-Juliette into the limelight.
Tonight, we will have an opportunity to taste 5 of his current releases including two wines made under the Fat Monk label, carefully paired with mouth-watering cuisine created by Chef Peter Dickinson and his culinary staff. Come get the inside scoop on VSJ and hear from the man behind the wines.
