Puree of corn topped with fresh grilled corn, grilled zucchini, fava bean, fresh tomato, basil, cow’s milk farmer’s cheese

Shroomy French Toast
Freshly baked bread dunked in a garlic custard topped with applewood smoked bacon and mushroom ragu, crème fraiche, and micros

Beef Tartare
Wagyu tenderloin, fried sticky rice, toasted sesame, teriyaki, green onion, cilantro, whipped yuzu egg yolk

California Crab Roll
Dungeness crab, lemon aioli, celery, chives, butter-toasted roll
